Terms of Service

By accessing or using PATTTTERNS at patttterns.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

PATTTTERNS is a curated library of UX/UI design patterns. The content is sourced from Notion and is provided for informational and reference purposes. The Service is operated by Pablo Armen.

2. Accounts

Account creation is optional and is done via Google OAuth through Supabase. By signing in, you authorize us to receive your Google profile information (name, email, avatar) as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account. You may delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content without prior written permission
• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security features
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

4. Intellectual Property

The curation, structure, and design of PATTTTERNS is owned by Pablo Armen. Individual design pattern screenshots and references belong to their respective owners and are used here for educational and reference purposes. If you believe any content infringes your rights, contact us and we will address it promptly.

The source code of the Service is open source and available on GitHub under its respective license.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on the following third-party providers. Your use of the Service is also subject to their terms:

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pablo Armen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or profits.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms, without prior notice.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
